Bar Issi has officially opened inside the Thompson Palm Springs, channeling a dreamy, overdesigned coastal Italian vibe straight out of The White Lotus Season 2. Designed by Fettle’s Tom Parker, the 180 seat stunner offers brunch, dinner, and drinks in a maximalist space of Mediterranean reds and lush textures, inspired by the Madonna Inn and Sicilian summers. Expect squash blossoms, shrimp linguini, wood fired pizzas, and Cal-Calabrian twists on old money Italian, all built for sharing. The Hermers’ signature escapism feels right at home in the desert’s nightlife core.

All India Cafe has opened their newest location in Arcadia, blending bold Indian flavors with street food twists and a fresh cocktail program. Building on nearly thirty years of family recipes and hospitality, the new space is the brand’s first built from the ground up by second-generation owners Simran and Deep Khinda.
