Locals and first responders receive fifty percent off all month as the beloved restaurant welcomes guests back to its newly refreshed space.

Pearl's Red Hots is now open on Ventura Boulevard, bringing Chicago classics and all day comfort food to Studio City with a personal touch. The new spot comes from Brad and Valerie Roen, a husband and wife duo blending decades of local restaurant know how with a deep family story. From Italian beef with giardiniera to breakfast burritos, chili dogs, and a standout tuna melt, the menu nods to Midwest favorites while keeping things fresh for LA. Pearl’s is named after Brad’s late mother, and everything from the Polish Boy to the Slovak Girl carries a bit of history and a lot of heart.

Crane & Elephant just opened on Sherman Way in Canoga Park. This eatery is a stylish Japanese restaurant where kitchen meets modern simplicity. Crane & Elephant’s special ramen blends pork‑bone broth with savory toppings like chashu, seasoned egg, bamboo shoots, black fungus and more, while other bowls like spicy miso, tan tan men, shoyu and veggie-friendly ramen round out the lineup. Crane & Elephant is open daily from 11:30am until late night (last seating at 1:30am).

Mr. Beef, the iconic Italian beef shop that inspired The Bear, returns to Los Angeles for a weekend takeover at Uncle Paulie’s Deli next Saturday and Sunday, July 19th and 20th, from 11:00am to 3:00pm.
